The bilingual Théâtre de la Grenouille has been engaged in high-quality theatre productions for young audiences for over 30 years.
La Grenouille (the frog) is the name of a regional, bilingual theater centre which was founded in 1985 and is geared towards a young audience. La Grenouille realises one or two productions per year, either bilingual or in two different language versions, French and German. The productions are performed in Biel as well as on tour, earlier productions remain in the programme as repertory plays. In addition to its own productions, the company also brings in plays from within the country and from abroad.
