This Biel-based family business focuses on the quality and origin of its products by producing natural sourdough bread using only organic flour milled in the Biel area (maximum radius 150 km). Bell N Bread uses only sourdough without the addition of yeast. The dough is kneaded by machine, then worked by hand and slowly fermented for over 15 hours. This process keeps the bread fresh for longer (4 to 5 days) and it is better tolerated by the body. The bread is delivered from Tuesday to Friday between 14.00 h and 19.00 h in Biel and 14 municipalities in the surrounding area, ideal for children's snacks and for supper!
